My art group met today to work on collages with doors as the subject... sort of like Roben Marie's Happy Gam Road collages. Here's mine from today which uses lots of my painted papers, my father's photo, and a photo of a door in France.
These next two were done earlier in the summer.

ReplyDeleteYes, I've noticed your use of doors. Whenever we travel, whether within the state or to foreign places I photograph doors... and have my husband doing it, too. And gates... I always wonder if anyone will notice if I just slip through the gate to see their garden.. but I'm chicken.

ReplyDeleteThere is something about doors, like you I have taken photos of doors anywhere I go, Mexico, Europe, etc. I'm not sure why? your collages are great!!
